The Stratégie de promotion des artistes acadiens sur la scène internationale (SPAASI) promotes acadian art to new audiences. Our goal is to allow these artists to continue to live and create.
The SPAASI's mandate is to help Acadian artists to export themselves internationally as well as to help set up professional structures for several disciplines, namely music, theatre, dance, literature, circus, visual and media arts.
The SPAASI is committed to:
- Train artists to advance all Acadian artistic disciplines in the French language towards exportation/train artists and local trainers
- Inform artists and Acadian institutions about available tools and export sales opportunities
- Help Acadian artists connect with international buyers to create shopping opportunities for shows/artworks
- Have Acadie be renown as a place of creation
